HatchFlow. Last updated 31 July 2026.
HatchFlow is operated by Huddle Duck Ltd, company number 11837993 and VAT number GB 486 6262 52. Contact: asad@huddleduck.co.uk. You must be at least 18, buy for business purposes and have authority to act for the Instagram account you later connect.
A reservation costs the local-currency equivalent of £27, shown and charged in a currency supported by Stripe. Required tax is included within the total displayed at checkout. The full deposit is credited against your first HatchFlow subscription month.
A reservation saves a place in the invitation queue and the founder price described below. It does not provide immediate customer access, an Instagram connection or a promised access date. External customer access depends on Meta approval. Invitations are sent in deposit order.
When we invite you, you have 14 days to activate and begin the subscription. If you do not activate within that period, we can release the place and founder price. Your unstarted deposit remains refundable.
You can request a full deposit refund at any time before your HatchFlow subscription starts, including after an invitation. Email asad@huddleduck.co.uk from the payment email address. We aim to acknowledge the request within five working days. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that the law says cannot be removed.
The founder plan has a base price equal to the local-currency equivalent of £49 per month for one Instagram professional account. The protected base rate continues while that subscription remains continuous. It ends when the subscription is cancelled or allowed to lapse. Tax changes, currency conversion and optional add-ons sit outside the protected base rate.
When the subscription starts, the plan includes 1,000 delivered automated DM or private reply messages each billing month. Where HatchFlow combines a burst of incoming messages into one response, the delivered response counts once. Owner messages and public comment acknowledgements do not count. Each extra pack of 1,000 delivered replies costs the local-currency equivalent of £19.
Automatic top-ups remain off until you actively enable them. When enabled, usage notices are sent before a top-up charge. If top-ups are disabled or a payment fails, automated replies can pause at the allowance limit. Platform safety and provider rate limits always continue to apply.
These subscription controls begin only after activation. The invitation will show the live allowance meter, notices and top-up controls before you decide whether to start the subscription.
HatchFlow is an AI front of house for Instagram professional accounts. It can use approved business facts, links, topics, an owner approved voice profile, recent messages and limited conversation memory to prepare replies. It can route a configured keyword, ask a short clarification when the intended topic is uncertain and stop when the owner takes over.
Features can change during early access. Media understanding, account history import and other developing features are available only when shown as active in your account. We do not promise that Meta will expose every message, attachment, comment or historical conversation through its APIs.
Keep your HatchFlow login secure and connect only an Instagram account you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the business facts, offers, links, example replies and rules you provide. Review them for accuracy and keep them current. You can take over a conversation or disconnect the account at any time.
Do not use HatchFlow for spam, unsolicited messaging, harassment, deception, unlawful or offensive content, prohibited products, discrimination, sensitive eligibility decisions or any activity that breaches law, Meta rules or another person's rights. Do not hide the automation disclosure, defeat STOP handling, bypass messaging windows or interfere with the service. We may pause or close an account that creates risk for recipients, customers, Meta access or HatchFlow.
HatchFlow relies on the Instagram Platform APIs and third party infrastructure. You must follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and applicable messaging policies. Meta can change its review status, APIs and rules, which may delay, limit or end a feature. HatchFlow is independent and is not endorsed by Instagram, Meta or ManyChat.
Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers email. Anthropic and, where enabled, ElevenLabs process permitted content needed to provide the service. The Privacy Policy explains what is shared and how data is handled.
The first automated outbound message in a conversation includes the required disclosure and anyone can reply STOP to opt out. You must not switch off or work around those controls. Generated replies can misunderstand a message or produce an unsuitable answer. Keep human oversight appropriate for your business and do not use HatchFlow for emergencies or high stakes professional advice.
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message, a particular reply, compatibility with every Instagram feature, or any number of leads, bookings or sales. Planned and early access features can be changed, delayed or withdrawn.
Once a subscription starts, you can cancel it in the way shown in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and ends the founder price protection. We can suspend or terminate access where these terms are broken, payment is overdue, a provider requires it or continued operation would create material security, legal or platform risk.
To the extent the law allows, Huddle Duck Ltd is not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the early access product develops. We will explain a significant change to active customers before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires a different forum.
Our Privacy Policy is at /privacy. Questions can be sent to asad@huddleduck.co.uk.
